HIIT WORKOUTS

Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 6:00 am

FIRST WEEK FREE

Every training day you’ll have an original High-Intensity Interval Training conditioning workout. Each workout will have a different stimulus, ranging from: short and long, light and heavy, high skilled and low skilled, and everything in-between.

$180 / month

STRENGTH TRAINING

Tuesday & Thursday: 6:30 am

FIRST WEEK FREE

Every training day you’ll have a Functional Strength Training workout. Each workout will be full-body - training all the major muscle groups utilizing TRX Suspension Trainers, dumbbells, slam balls, kettebells & your own bodyweight for resistance.

$120 / month
