HOME / APARTMENT GYM

Weight Loss Program

Workout at your home or your apartment/community gym.  Enjoy the convenience at getting fitter without leaving the house.  I'll bring any necessary equipment to supplement what's available at your location.

 

TRAINING RATES

  • 1x per week - $240 per month ($60 / session)


  • 2x per week - $440 per month ($55 / session)


  • 3x per week - $600 per month ($50 / session)

Making Fitness Fun

A Prep Section
This includes a warm-up and mobility piece focused on increasing your range of motion & prepping you for the upcoming workout.


A Main Workout
Every training session you'll have a personalized workout based on your fitness goals. Each workout will have a different stimulus, ranging from: short and long, light and heavy, high skilled and low skilled, and everything in-between. Our workouts are fun and effective—and of course will fit perfectly into your overall training plan. Nothing is random.

A Bonus Accessory Component: Stretching
Each session you'll have a cool-down that will help your muscles recover from each workout. Our goal is to provide you with a complete training program to improve your overall fitness. We'll leave no area untouched!
